I received my book the other day and I have to say it is absolutely gorgeous. I expected the stories and information about the vintage linens, but the book contains so much more than just that. Recipes for yummy goodies. How to brew a proper pot of tea. How to pack a picnic. Cleaning tips AND a package of vintage Butterick iron on transfers!!! I am so excited. I'm leaving for an eight-day trip tomorrow and I plan to have plenty of time to enjoy this! It really is beautiful and if it interests you at all I must recommend you get one! I'm so pleased. Thank you so much Julia and Mrs. Geisel. Please forgive my tardiness in posting!
