Lucy and Ethel

Lucy and Ethel washing dishes. Is this a surprise? No, not really, not considering all the trouble these two get themselves into. I wonder what antics they were up to that they landed the job of "dishwasher" with their well used aprons.

It looks as if the two are hard at work and mulling over the situation...or just plain bickering.

A job well done. They look very pleased with themselves as they do a little dance once they have finished with the dishes.

I bet Fred and Ricky were trying to teach them a lesson. They must have left the two women with the bill. Of course Lucy and Ethel didn't have any money to pay the bill so they were handed an apron and shown to the kitchen to endure some KP duty.

Well, it looks as if Fred and Ricky got their comeuppance. Lucy and Ethel were none too pleased and let their dearly loved husbands know about it.

Thank you Lucy and Ethel for many laughs through the years!

I Love Lucy! She actually wore some really pretty aprons on her show. It would have been fun to see them in color!

What a wonderful show. I agree she did wear some beautiful aprons on the show. The black in white makes you wonder what they really looked like though :) Love the site! ~Vanessa :)

To My Best Friend I am known as Lucy, and she is my Ethel. We have the best times together. We are both crazy and fun and at any given moment we will be laughing at something that not one other person would get! lol What Adds to the perfection is that My Husband is called THE DEZ at work because of our last name. =) and I would love to see the aprons in person!

I LOVE I Love Lucy! They kinda remind me of my best friend and I actually since we're always getting into shenanigans, but if my husband was as bossy as Ricky is I'd smack him...

Let's see... somehow the men decided NOT to pay for Lucy & Ethel's dinner at the restaurant, so the ladies had to wash dishes to make up for their meals. I think it was something about equality. :)

I love I love Lucy. I just like saying that, but I really do! When I was a kid I'd watch reruns over and over again!
