Welcome in the New Year with a Giveaway from IBeCooking Aprons!

Happy New Year Apron Goddesses!! I hope your holidays were wonderful and you are ready to tackle 2010 wearing your best and brightest apron. We are back, refreshed and ready to bring beautiful aprons to your attention.

We are lucky this year to have an amazing apron giveaway to kick off 2010. "2010." That sounds strange now doesn't it...

But back to the important things. Aprons that is. This gorgeous red apron with white polka dots and ruffles is courtesy of IBeCooking Aprons. If I may say so, I think it is kind of hot. You'd definitely be a hot tamale in the kitchen wearing this one...

Owner of IBeCooking Aprons, Desiree, designs and sews lovely aprons that have a throw back look with ruffles and lace reminiscent of Donna Reed straight out of 1958. The apron for giveaway this week is no exception. It shows style and flair that would look great in any kitchen. You can also find pretty full coverage hostess aprons, ruffly half aprons with great color combination's and kids aprons at IBeCooking, too.

IBeCooking Aprons is a Mother and Daughter team who makes stylish and trendy creations. Special requests are also welcome and pregnant women can also find something they'd like too. All aprons by IBeCooking are handmade, with care and no two aprons are alike. All aprons are 100% cotton, machine washable and most of their aprons are lined. The Mom and Daughter team form a small company that believes in keeping customers happy. With aprons like the one featured today, I can see how these ladies will keep their promises!

And now... to enter the giveaway of the red apron with polka dots and ruffles, here's what you need to do: First visit IBeCooking Aprons and browse the selection. Second come back and make a comment about your favorite apron to gain one entry into the drawing.

For five extra entries into the drawing create a blog post about this giveaway, leaving your permalink in your comment. Be sure to mention this in your entry.

    Minty Cupcake is my favorite but I like them all. I haven't seen so many aprons in one place in a long time. In my day every woman wore an apron in the kitchen and to do housework, and they had to be bib aprons, but they were never flirty ones with several skirts like the black/white/pink one at Over The Top Aprons. Nope, most were made from flour sacks and feed sacks, the printed ones.

    My favorite is the "Vintage Heart" Valentine's Day Donna Reed Apron. The pink fabric with the Roses is near and dear to my heart.... a friend of the family ran across an old quilt top she had bought from my great grandmother before I was born. She never quilted it and sent it to me!! It is a pink a white log cabin and I used that same fabric from the Valentine's Day apron as the binding.
