The Screams From The Masses Will Silence The World-The Winner of the Heavenly Hostess Apron is Here

Somebody is going to be very happy today. Somebody has won this apron and a matching headband from the Heavenly Hostess:

After an strenuous accounting of all the entries, I think I pulled a muscle. Then the Random Number Generator did the easy work and produced the following number:
